JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. When the petition is called out and taken up for hearing, learned AGP has submitted that papers from the petitioner are not received and therefore, adjournment may be granted. However, it is noticed from the record that respondent no.2 has filed affidavit dated 22/11/2011 wherein in para-3 of the affidavit, it is observed that:
"3. It is humbly submitted that in the case of other petitioners, consolidated chart is prepared with regard to actual payment and deemed dates benefits, pursuant to the direction of this Hon'ble Court. A copy of the chart is annexed herewith and marked as Annexure-X-III to this affidavit in reply."
2. The copy of charts on which reference is made are found at page-277 to 302 of present petition.
3. Besides this, in present matter, in the order dated 27/12/2011 the Court has, in para-2 of the order, observed that:
"In view of the efforts made by the learned advocate Mr.Ashish Shah appearing for the petitioners and with due indulgence of this Court and statement made by the learned AGP upon instructions from the Secretary of Department of Agricultural & Co-operation, necessary dues along with interest for relevant stages of deemed date on the post, on which the employees were serving were already released and the orders of the Courts have been substantially complied with."
4. Learned advocate for the petitioner and learned AGP have submitted that they are not fully aware about the said details and developments and it is necessary to confirm the details by way of examination of details. For such purpose, request for time is made. Hence, S. O. to 05/04/2012.
