JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned Advocates for the parties.
In view of the nature of dispute involved in the Suit and as directions are already issued by the lower Appellate Court to the Trial Court to dispose of the Suit as early as possible, the order stands modified to the extent that the Trial Court shall make all endeavours to decide the suit preferably on or before June 30, 2013.
Barring the above, no other part of the order is either disturbed or modified and it remains as it is.
In the aforesaid circumstances, this petition stands disposed of. Notice discharged.
