JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. The present Special Criminal Application under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been preferred by the petitioners to quash and set aside the order dated 09/03/2010 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Gandhinagar below Exh. 2 in connection with FIR, being C.R. No II 75/2009 registered with Gandhinagar Police Station for the offence under Section 228(A) of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 3(1)(10 of the Schedule Caste and Schedule Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act and to drop the charge under Section 3(1)(10) of the Scheduled Castes and Schedule Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.
2. Shri Sudhir Nanavati, learned Senior advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. Permission is accordingly granted. The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Notice is discharged. Ad-interim relief granted earlier, if any, stands vacated forthwith.
