Heard Sri Gaurav Gupta, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AGA for the State and perused the record.
This petition has been filed with the prayer to direct the respondent no.2 and 3 to make fair and proper investigation in pursuance of the FIR dated 27.6.2018 in Case Crime No.247 of 2018 under Sections 307, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Allahganj, District Shahjahanpur against accused/respondent no.4 to 6.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the informant of the present case and he has come up before this Court with the aforesaid prayer.
Learned AGA opposed the aforesaid prayer and submitted that the present FIR has been lodged on 29.1.2018.
After having considered the submissions advanced by learned counsel for the parties and from the perusal of the FIR, we do not find any good ground to interfere in the matter.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed at this stage with liberty to file fresh petition at an appropriate stage.
