The petitioner is before this Court for a direction to Additional Civil Judge (S.D.), Court No.3, Varanasi/respondent no.1 to decide the Original Suit No.1281 of 2011 (Bharat Bhushan Singh & another Vs. Jayram Kumar & others) within stipulated period.
In view of the order proposed to be passed, notices need not go to the private respondents.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the concerned court below to consider and decide the aforesaid suit in accordance with law expeditiously but certainly after giving opportunity to the parties concerned and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
