(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL) It has been stated by Mr. S.D. Vasavada, learned counsel for the appellant that an amount of Rs.10,00/- as ordered by this Court, has already been deposited with the office whereas Mr. H.B. Raval, learned counsel for the respondent No.1 states that the respondent had to incur expenses for attending mediation center three to four times. Under the circumstances, an amount of Rs.10,000/- shall be permitted to be withdrawn by the respondent. Mr. Vasavada further states that further amount of Rs.10,000/- shall be deposited with this Court within two weeks. S.O. to 23rd July, 2012. Mr. Raval shall report to this Court as to whether any arrears of maintenance is there or nor on the next date.
