BELOW NOTE FOR SPEAKING TO MINUTES Learned counsel for the appellant submits that in the last paragraph of the judgment and order dated 30th November 2011 passed in First Appeal No.552 of 1996 there is a typographical erorr and the date of the application was inadvertently typed as 3.12.1994 instead of 3.12.1984.

The date of application as appearing in the last but one line of paragraph 7 of the judgment and order dated 30th November 2011 passed in First Appeal No.552 of 1996 shall be read as '3.12.1994' instead of '3.12.1984'.
