Mr.Buddhbhatti, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the applicant has stated at the bar that further sum of Rs.30,000/- (out of remaining balance amount of arrears of maintenance) shall be paid to the respondent-wife today itself by cash. It is submitted that if some more time is granted, remaining amount of arrears of maintenance shall be paid. He has further stated at the bar that further sum of Rs.15,000/- shall be paid to the respondent-wife on or before 17/08/2012. Hence, S.O. to 17/08/2012.
