Having considered the submissions advanced by the learned advocate for the appellant-Insurance Company so also considering the impugned judgment and award rendered by the Tribunal, the appeal deserves consideration and hence, Admitted.
ORDER IN CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 12606 OF 2012 This Civil Application has been filed by the applicant praying for staying implementation, operation and/or execution of the judgment and order dated 30.6.2012 passed by the learned Principal Sr. Civil Judge, Anand in H.M.P. No. 82 of 2011. As the said petition filed by the applicant for dissolution of marriage on the ground of desertion was dismissed as also the First Appeal has been admitted by this Court, no question of implementation of stay has arisen.
