Jaykumar vs State

1. This Court (Coram: Anant S. Dave, J.) vide order dated 27.12.2011 issued notice and made it returnable on 17.01.2012. Lastly, on 30.01.2012, it was found that the office of the Government Pleader was not instructed as the service was not proper.

2. Hence, Mr.D.V. Shah, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner was requested to supply paper-book of the petition to the office of the Government Pleader.

3. Today, Ms.Chitaliya, learned A.G.P. appears on behalf of the respondents.

4. The respondents are directed to file affidavit-in-reply on or before 14.03.2012. S.O. to 15.03.2012.
