SHAH) This application is allowed in view of the fact that one of the sale instances was already referred to in the oral evidence of the appellants but the copy of the sale deed was not produced before the Reference Court. The said sale instances are also of the period during which the lands in question were acquired and therefore, the same are permitted to be placed on record, more particularly, the map submitted by the appellants indicates the location of the acquired lands as well as the other lands covered by the sale instances and also the location of the lands as surrounded by the Housing Colonies which were already in existence at the time of issuance of Section 4 notification.
This application is allowed accordingly.
