JUDGMENT / ORDER

Respondent No.1 at Para-11, Page 189, has stated as under:
"11. I say that petitioner name was considered in the D.P.C. Held on 19.3.2011 for the promotion. However, 2 departmental inquiry were pending against the petitioner, hence, his name was considered but kept in sealed cover as per the Government policy".
Heard Mr.Paul, learned advocate for the petitioner. He requests for time to inquire the status of other inquiry.
Stand over to 20th September, 2012.
