Learned Advocate Mr. Vyas has contended that the applicant is in jail since long. The amount involved is Rs.4,50,000/-, and out of the said amount, the applicant is ready to deposit Rs.2,50,000/- before the trial Court. He, therefore, prays that the trial Court may be directed to accept the said amount of Rs.2,50,000/-, without prejudice to his rights and contentions.
In view of above, the applicant is permitted to deposit the amount of Rs.2,50,000/- before the concerned Court of Metropolitan Magistrate, Ahmedabad and produce the receipt for the same.
The Revision Application is adjourned to 24.2.2012.
Direct service is permitted.
