Both learned counsel, Ms.Trusha K.Patel for the appellants and Mr.Dhaval D.Vyas for the respondent have made a joint statement at the bar that if suit is directed to be decided expeditiously, they would not invite for reasoned order.
In view of the above joint statement, without deciding the matter on merits, learned Senior Civil Judge, Baroda, is directed to dispose of Special Civil Suit No.369 of 2006 as expeditiously as possible preferably within one year from the date of receipt of copy of this order on its own merits, in accordance with law and without being influenced by the order passed below injunction application as well as this order.
With the above direction and observation, this Appeal From Order stands disposed of.
