Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel.
The petitioner is working as a contractual stenographer since the year 2000 in Chitrakoot Dham Mandal and he prays for his regularisation. He has already made a representation which has been forwarded by the General Manager of Chitrakoot Dham Mandal Jal Sansthan, Banda to the Government and the Government has also responded by issuing a letter dated 7.2.2018. Till date no action has been taken for finalising the case of the petitioner.
Without entering into the merits of the controversy, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 3 to look into the grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders thereon after seeking instructions from the respondent no. 2 and the respondent no. 1 afresh within a period of four months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him.
