JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. Leave to delete paragraph 10 (C).
2. Heard the learned Advocate Mr D.J. Bhatt for the applicant and Mr. H.L. Jani, learned APP for the respondent-State.
3. Considering the averments made in the application and as the applicant is ready to deposit an amount of Rupees One lakh before the Sessions Court, the passport will be given to the applicant and he is permitted to visit China, Malaysia and Dubai and conditions No. 5 [c] and [e] of the order dated 18.3.2010 passed by this court in Criminal Misc. Application No.2379 of 2010 is kept in abeyance for the period from 18.02.2011 to 27.03.2011. On his return from abroad, the applicant shall surrender his passport to the lower court latest by 30th March 2011. The applicant shall supply the itinerary, the address and other details of his visit to the aforesaid countries to the Investigating Officer.
4. The application is allowed accordingly.
5. Rule is made absolute accordingly.
6. Direct service is permitted.
