Mr.Deven Parikh, learned Senior Counsel appearing with Mr.Sunil S. Joshi, learned counsel for the petitioner states that in view of the fact that Special Civil Application No.9095 of 2011 is withdrawn, the petitioner does not press this petition at this stage. Mr.Parikh, learned Senior Counsel further submits that the petitioner shall also approach the competent authority, if necessary.

In view of the above, the petition stands disposed of as not pressed. Notice is discharged. Ad-interim relief granted earlier stands vacated.
