This Revision Application is filed challenging the judgment and order dated 30.10.2009 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Surendranagar in Criminal Case No.209 of 2002, which, in turn, confirmed by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Surendranagar in Criminal Appeal No.53 of 2010 vide judgment and order dated 27.7.2011. However, the learned Additional Sessions Judge has reduced the sentence.
Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respective parties. Learned counsel, Mr.Solanki for respondent No.1 has opposed this Revision.
