1. Mr. M.R. Prajapati, learned advocate for Mr. H.R. Prajapati, learned advocate for the petitioner states that due to passage of time, nothing survives in the matter, and as such the matter has become infructuous and may be disposed of accordingly.

2. In the light of the aforesaid, the petition is disposed of as having become infructuous. Rule is discharged with no order as to costs.
