Hon'ble Yashwant Varma,J.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Vikas Sahai, the learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
The instant application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in light of the apprehension of the arrest of the applicant in Case Crime No. 343 of 2006, under Sections 120B, 420, 467, 468 and 471 I.P.C., police station Sadar Bazar, District Meerut.
The Court finds no ground to entertain this application for anticipatory bail bearing in mind the fact that pursuant to a chargesheet on which cognizance was taken by the Sessions Court, bailable warrants had been issued against the applicant in September 2019. Bearing in mind the principles laid down by the Supreme Court in Lavesh Vs. State (NCT of Delhi) [(2012) 8 SCC 730], this application shall stand rejected.
