Jaydipsinh vs State

Learned counsel Mr. Suthar for Mr. NK Majmudar for the petitioner sought and was granted permission to withdraw the petition with a liberty to make representation before the appropriate authority. Hence, the petition stands disposed of as withdrawn. If any such representation is made, the authority concerned shall decide the same within three months from its receipt and communicate the decision taken to the petition.
