The relief sought in this writ petition is mixed up and is one where the petitioner has asked for payment of salary and a direction to stop the respondents from harassing him. A direction to take such action which may enable the petitioner to do his legal duty according to rule of law and also a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.12.2019 pending before respondent nos. 2 and 13 within a stipulated period of time has also been sought.
This kind of relief cannot be granted as it is one that makes petition utterly ill framed and multifarious. Accordingly, this petition is rejected with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition appropriately framed in such manner as he may be advised. No order as to costs.
