Heard Sri Sandeep Saxena, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Naushad Siddiqui, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State-respondents.
The present petition has been filed raising a grievance with regard to a show cause notice dated 11.11.2019 whereunder the petitioner had been directed to submit his explanation within a period of 15 days.
It is stated that the petitioner has already submitted a reply to the aforesaid show cause notice on 19.11.2019 and the matter is stated to be pending before the authority concerned.
Having regard to the facts of the case and in particular that the petitioner has already submitted his reply to the show cause notice dated 11.11.2019, the authority concerned is expected to conclude the proceedings and pass an order, if not already passed, after due consideration of the version of the petitioner as submitted in his reply.
With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
