ORDER The learned counsel appearing for the complainant Sri.
K.G. Aiyappa, filed a memo along with a copy of the order passed by the learned LIII Additional City Civil and Sessions Special Judge, Bengaluru, wherein the learned Special Judge has granted bail to the petitioner under Section 439 of Cr.P.C.
2. The memo filed by the complainant is taken on record and perused the order passed by the learned Special Judge in Crl. Misc. No.9334/2019 dated 22.11.2019.
3. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, as the petition filed by the petitioner herein before the learned Special Judge has already been allowed, this petition does not survive for consideration on merits.
Hence, this petition is dismissed as become infructuous.
