2. Perused the petition.
3. Petitioner has sought to set aside the order dated 27.8.2016 passed in C.C.No.19403/2014 pending on the file of XIX Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Bengaluru.
4. It is verified from the Karnataka High Court Website that the proceedings in C.C.No.19403/2014 are disposed of by judgment and order dated 13.10.2016, whereby the accused is convicted for the offence punishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act.
5. In view of the same, nothing survives for consideration in this petition. Accordingly, petition is dismissed.
In view of dismissal of the main matter, I.A.No.1/2016 filed for stay does not survive for consideration. Accordingly, it is dismissed.
