. Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, to declare the impugned order passed by the 4th respondent bearing Rc. No. 803/2005/A7 dt. 2.9.2014 ordering for closure of the peeling unit installed by the petitioner and directing the 5th respondent to seize the peeling unit as being illegal, arbitrary, unjust and against to the principles of natural justice and consequently set aside the same;
The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed herein and order of the High Court dated 19-09-2014 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Taddi Nageswara Rao, Advocate for the Petitioner and of the Asst. G.P. for Forests, for the Respondents No1 to 5, and of Sri B.Narayana Reddy, Asst. Solicitor General, for the Respondent No.6, the Court made the following.
ORDER:
