1. Heard Mr. Keyur Vyas, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. Y.V.Shah, learned advocate appearing for the Municipality.

2. Mr. Y.V. Shah, learned advocate has pointed out that the pension which was granted to the petitioner under the orders of the authorities of local funds, Junagadh, has not been accepted by the petitioner.

3. Mr. Keyur Vyas, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to make more submissions.
