JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr.
Majmudar, learned advocate for the petitioner, has requested for permission to delete the respondent No.3 from present petition.
Mr.
Das and Mr. Upadhayay, learned advocates for the respective respondents, do not have any objection if the request as prayed for is granted.
Therefore, leave to delete the respondent No.3 is granted on condition that the petitioner will not claim any relief against the said respondent No.3 and the order which may be passed in the petition will not bind the respondent No.3 or his heirs and legal representatives. On the aforesaid condition, leave as prayed for is granted. The amendment to be carried out within 1 week from today.
At the request of Mr. Das, learned advocate for the respondent Nos.1, 2, 4 to 7, who wants to file reply affidavit, time is granted.
