1. Learned counsel for the appellant is not pressing this appeal and has requested to direct the Trial Court to expedite the Suit. Accordingly, if an application is filed by the present appellant to expedite the suit, the Trial Court shall expedite the same.
2. It is made clear that while deciding the matter, the Trial Court shall not be influenced by the observations made by the Trial Court in Exhibit-5 application or by this Court.
3. With the above observation, the Appeal from Order stands disposed of as not pressed. In view of the order passed in the main matter, the Civil Application would not survive and the same stands disposed of accordingly.
