Heard Mr. Patel, learned advocate for applicants. He has submitted that in connection with the same FIR which is the subject matter of present petition, other accused persons have already taken out two petitions being Criminal Misc. Application No.8863 of 2012 and Criminal Misc. Application No.8866 of 2012 wherein the Court has issued notice to the respondents.
He submitted that present applicants are other accused persons in the said FIR in connection with which the said two petitions are already pending.
Having regard to the contentions in the petition and in view of the aforesaid fact, let Notice be issued in present petition as well. Notice to be made returnable on 28th December 2012.
Petition be heard with Criminal Misc. Application Page 1 of 2 R/CR.MA/8962/2012 ORDER No.8863 of 2012 and Criminal Misc. Application No.8866 of 2012.
