In view of the Notification dated 18.02.1999, at “ANNEXURE-A” to the affidavit-in- reply of Legal Assistant of the Respondent- University, the petition could not be pressed for any of the reliefs prayed for in this petition. Even, it is also fairly stated by learned Counsel, Mr. Jani, that petitioner No.1 has voluntarily retired and petitioner No.2 has passed away and no legal heirs are brought on record.

Accordingly, the petition is DISMISSED. Rule is discharged.
