Learned counsel, Mr.N.L.Ramnani is present and submits that he is appointed as advocate for the respondent but his Vakalatnama does not appear to have been filed in the office. The respondent, against whom bailable warrant was issued, is also personally present and states that now the appeal shall be properly attended for hearing. S.O. to 7th September 2009, for the respondent to make proper arrangement to see that Vakalatnama is filed in the office and name of the advocate appears on the board or he personally remains present for hearing.
