(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE AKIL KURESHI) Counsel for the applicant submitted that Tribunal passed the impugned order on 23.4.2010. Upon service of such order, the applicant preferred Rectification Application before the Tribunal which came to be decided only on 30.10.2011. Thereupon present Tax Appeal is filed challenging the original order of Tribunal. Hence there is delay which is of technical nature.

Rule returnable on 21.2.2012.

Direct service is permitted.
