JUDGMENT / ORDER

(PER : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE VIJAY MANOHAR SAHAI) Learned counsel for the petitioner states that there are documents in vernacular, which are required to be translated in English in view of Chapter IV, Rule 53 of the Gujarat High Court Rules, 1993. Two months' time is allowed to learned counsel for the petitioner to file translated copies of all vernacular documents.
