JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL)
1. Rule.
Mr. Pandya, learned APP waives service of notice of Rule.
2. The present application has been preferred by the applicant-convict for temporary bail on the ground that he wants to attend the post-death ceremony of his father-in-law.
2. The death certificate is produced on record and therefore, the ground appears to be genuine. It appears from the jail report that after the death of the father-in-law of the applicant-convict, he has not been released from the jail.
3. Under these circumstances, the applicant-convict be released on temporary bail for a period of 10 days from his actual release on condition that he furnishes a personal bond of Rs.5,000/- with a surety of like amount with the further direction that the applicant-convict shall surrender before the concerned jail authority on completion of the bail period.
4. The applicant is allowed to the aforesaid extent. Rule made absolute accordingly.
