(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI) The present application is filed by the convict through jail seeking temporary bail for undertaking agricultural operation.

APP invited attention of the Court to the Jail remarks. In the month of March, 2012, he has enjoyed 14 days temporary bail for the same purpose, i.e. agricultural operation. In light of that, there is no substance in the present application and the same is rejected.
