Mr.Pandya, learned APP waives service of rule on behalf of respondent-State.
By way of this application, the applicant - convict has prayed that he be enlarged on temporary bail on the ground that he wants to see his father who has sustained injuries in vehicular accident.
From the medical certificate of private doctor which is annexed with the application, it transpires that the father of the applicant was treated to be an outdoor patient.
In our view, the injury is not such where the presence of the applicant can be said as indispensable.
Hence, the application is rejected. Rule discharged.
