This writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:-
"(A) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Tehsildar, Tehsil-Hata, District-Kushinagar (respondent no.2) to decide the Case No. 01154 of 2018 (Computerized Case No. T- 201805440201154) (Jantri Sahi Vs. Sandesh @ Suresh), under Section 35 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 within the stipulated period"
Petitioner is aggrieved by the pendency of his mutation application which has been filed in May, 2018.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 2 to decide the mutation application as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
