Ramachandran Nair, J. The main prayer in this Original Petition is to direct the Family Court, Nedumangad, to pass final orders on Ext.P2 application.
2. This Court had called for a report from the Family Court. We heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. It is submitted that an application has been filed as Ext.P4 as counter to Ext.P1, ie. I.A.No.1289 of 2013 and Ext.P5 is counter to Ext.P2. What is sought for is to direct the Family Court to dispose of the objection to the attachment application. From the report of the Family Court it is seen that after several postings, the matter was referred for mediation. On 30.07.2014 the petitioner filed proof affidavit and a Commissioner was appointed to record evidence and it was posted to 30.08.2014 for report of the Commissioner. Since report of the Commissioner was not received on that day, it is now posted to 27.10.2014. It O.P(F.C) No.494 of 2014-R 2 is also stated that the Original Petition itself can be disposed of within two months.
We record the same. There will be a a direction to the Family Court to dispose of O.P.No.621 of 2013 finally within two months.
