THESE WRIT PETITIONS COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING IN ‘B’ GROUP, THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
O R D E R Sri Venkatesh P. Dalwai, learned counsel for petitioner. Sri Pradeep Singh, Central Government Counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2 and Sri Y.D. Harsha, learned Additional Government Advocate for respondent No.3.
2. In these petitions under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner inter alia has prayed for the following reliefs:
“a) A writ in the nature of certiorari by quashing the impugned Notification dated 13- 1-2010 issued by the Respondent No.1 in S.R.O 4 produced at Annexure-C in the interest of justice and equity.
b) A writ in the nature of certiorari by quashing the notification dated 20-8-2010 issued by the Respondent No.3 in No.MAG(4)MIS;CR-36/10-11 dated 28-8-2010 produced at Annexure-D, in the interest of justice and equity.”
3. When the matters were taken up for consideration today, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the notifications which have been impugned in these petitions have already been quashed by a Bench of this Court by order dated 11.10.2018 passed in W.P.No.36980-36992/2014 and connected petitions. The aforesaid aspect of the matter is not disputed by Sri Y.D. Harsha, learned Additional Government Advocate for respondent No.3.
4. In view of the submissions made and in the facts of the case, the writ petitions are disposed of on same terms and with similar direction.
