JUDGMENT / ORDER

When this Civil Revision Petition was listed on 15.11.2016, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has no instruction from the petitioner. Therefore, this Court directed the Registry to issue notice to the petitioner for the hearing on 29.11.2016 and the said notice was received by the petitioner on 28.11.2016. Subsequently, when the Civil Revision Petition was listed on 19.01.2017, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, this Court directed the Registry to list the matter on 23.01.2017 [today] under the caption 'for dismissal', printing the name of the petitioner in the cause list. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is listed today under the caption 'for dismissal' and the petitioner's name is also printed in the cause list. When the matter is called, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
