Learned Government Pleader submits, on the complaint of party respondent, petitioners were enquired into and later learnt that it was purely a money transaction between the parties and closed the complaint. In that view of the matter, we do not see any good reason to keep the petition pending. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed.
