...Respondents (By Smt.Pramodini Kishan, HCGP for R1-R3 (Absent) Sri.S.N.Aswath Narayan, Adv. for R4 & R5 (Absent)) This W.P. is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to consider the application marked as Annexure-A filed by the petitioner’s husband seeking regularization of the unauthorized occupation of the land bearing Sy.No.54, measuring 290 acres 30 guntas situated at Ananduru village, Ilavala Hobli, Mysuru Taluk and District.
This W.P. coming on for Preliminary Hearing in ‘B’ group this day, the Court made the following:-
ORDER The plea of the petitioner is for consideration of the application filed by her late husband dated 16.08.1991 vide Annexure-A. Since there has been a long lapse of time, it is just and appropriate to direct the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to consider the same in accordance with law.
2. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed off.
The respondent Nos. 2 and 3 is directed to consider the representation dated 16.08.1991 vide Annexure-A and pass appropriate orders therein in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, provided the same is within time, authenticate and contains all the relevant documents.
3. Petitioner shall not be dispossessed from the land in question, if not already dispossessed, till such application is considered and disposed off by the respondent Nos. 2 and 3.
