JUDGMENT / ORDER

When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has given a letter dated 03.07.2011 to the first respondent stating that the items which have been left in her house, have been taken by her and hence no action need be taken on the complaint given by her. The learned R.MAHADEVAN, J.
KM Additional Public Prosecutor has also produced a copy of the said letter before this Court.
2.In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in the Criminal Original Petition. Hence, recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
