The limited relief sought for by the petitioner is a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass final orders on Ext.P4 representation. The learned Government Pleader assures that Ext.P4 would be considered and appropriate orders passed thereon, in accordance with law. Adv.Sri.G.Sudheer appears for the 3rd respondent.
This writ petition is therefore disposed of directing the 1st respondent to consider Ext.P4 representation submitted by the petitioner and to pass final orders thereon in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of two months of the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after hearing the 3rd respondent as well as all other interested persons.
