JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner is the 2nd accused in Crime No.155/2014 of Shornur Police Station, Palakkad District. Offences alleged are under sections 341, 324, 326, 354 and 294(b) r/w 34 of IPC. Apprehending arrest, this petition is filed for anticipatory bail.
2. Earlier B.A. No.1626/2014 was filed by four accused persons including the petitioner herein. Other three persons were granted anticipatory bail. Considering the specific allegation made against this petitioner and gravity of offence, this petitioner's request for anticipatory bail was dismissed. Reasons have been stated in that Order.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the investigation is almost over and so the petitioner may be granted bail. Since his application for anticipatory bail was B.A. No. 3738/2014 -2-
already dismissed for the reasons stated therein, I am not entertaining this petition. His request for anticipatory bail is rejected.
4. If the petitioner surrenders before the Investigating Officer or is arrested, after interrogation the petitioner shall be produced before the Magistrate and if the petitioner applies for bail the learned Magistrate will dispose of the same in accordance with law, but after hearing the learned APP as well and also after perusal of the case diary, if so required and also after considering the facts and circumstances of the case.
This application is disposed of accordingly.
