The defendants already set ex-parte. Thereafter, the matter was referred to the learned Master for recording evidence.
2. After completion of recording of evidence, the matter is again posted before this Court for further proceedings.
3. The suit is filed for declaration and Permanent injunction and further necessary relief's.
4. In support of the plaintiff case, PW1 has been examined and Exhibits.P1 to P14 have been marked. The evidence of PW-1 and documents marked as Exs.P1 to P14, remain unchallenged.
5. Considering the evidence of PW-1 and documents marked in support of the plaintiff's case as Exs.P1 to P14, it is found that the plaintiff has established his claim.
6. The Civil Suit is decreed as prayed for with costs.
