In spite of earlier order dated 13.04.2012, office objection has not been removed by the learned advocate for the appellant, therefore, the present appeal stands dismissed for default. No order as to costs.

In view of the order passed in main matter, no order is required to be passed in Civil application. Therefore, the same is disposed of accordingly.
