Mr.Mehul Sharad Shah, learned advocate for the petitioners, seeks permission to add State of Gujarat, Through Secretary, Revenue Department, as party respondent No.3, and District Collector, Patan as respondent No.4 in the cause-title of the petition. Permission granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.
NOTICE to the newly added respondents returnable on 01.08.2012. Ms.Nisha Thakor, learned Assistant Government Pleader appears and waives service of notice qua the newly added respondents. Ad-interim relief granted earlier to continue till then.
