This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the judgment and decree of the learned Subordinate Judge of Tiruppur dated 14.11.2008 in RCA No.7 of 2007 confirming the judgment and decree of the learned Rent Controller and District Munsif of Tiruppur dated 08.10.2007 in RCOP No.15 of 2005.
